Had a great time with friends at this cozy spot! Perfect for exploring the waterfront and only a short stroll to town. Rooms are well-kept, and we enjoyed the friendly atmosphere. Meals were excellent, particularly breakfast. It’s a great base for outdoor activities. there's plenty to do nearby.
One downside was that the hotel was pretty quiet at night, which made us wish for a night cap but it was understandable since the owners needed a break.

I had a lovely stay at The Park Hotel. Check-in felt welcoming with friendly staff. My room, though slightly tired, had everything I needed. The bed was comfortable, and the shower worked powerfully. Breakfast exceeded expectations with a great variety, including delicious options like smoked salmon and poached eggs. Dinner offered a delightful menu, and I especially enjoyed the beef goulash. On the downside, noise from adjoining rooms was distracting at times, making it hard to get a good night's sleep. A few touches in the room, like hooks for wet clothes and shelf space in the bathroom, would enhance the experience. I appreciated the good value and service, and would gladly stay again.

I had a great time at the hotel, enjoying a fantastic breakfast every morning and unwinding in the comfy lounge after a busy day. I loved being able to take a stroll by the waterfront or kick back in the cozy little bar. Just a heads-up, it was a bit unfortunate that pets aren’t allowed in the dining area, but overall, it was a lovely stay! 😊

Couples looking for a good value retreat
The staff were really friendly and made great cocktails, one night we had a drink at the bar and the bartender kept us entertained with stories. Breakfast blew me away, i mean they had a whole spread of fresh fruit and eggs cooked to order, it felt like we were in a fancy restaurant.
It was a bit pricey, but you know what? The experience was still decent.

A pleasant surprise upon entering, with a welcoming host and a spacious, brightly lit room featuring a large super king-size bed and a lovely park view. Breakfast was memorable, especially the well-cooked poached eggs and exceptional coffee refills. The only drawback was the stair access to the rooms, which might be challenging for some guests.

this place is super cosy and the staff were really friendly. breakfast was amazin, had a lot of choices and everything felt fresh. location is spot on, right by the water n easy walk into town. room was clean and comfy, just what i needed after a long day. the guys helped carry my bags which was nice!
the room was a bit small for my taste and the decor could use some sprucing up. also, i had some trouble with the online tv and it was kinda annoying.
