Hotel Staff were very welcoming and offered us a choice of rooms on arrival. We decided to have dinner in the hotel and food was very good with generous portions. The rooms were nicely decorated, clean and the bed was comfy. The breakfast staff were really friendly and the full Scottish was very nice. The hotel is on a quiet road with plenty of on road parking with no restrictions. Short walk to the play park over the road and along the Sea front.

Reasonably priced and lovely welcoming place, attentive staff from one member of staff in particular. The location exceptionally nice right on the seafront. And just off the garden, the bay at Dunoon and city centre. The nice looking bathroom and nicely furnished and brand-new room. Delicious breakfast with variety of choices. Free parking nearby provided. Everything fine.

We very much liked the staff. All of the staff were excellent. Food in the hotel was great - the ribs were fabulous. The bar was fun, breakfast good. Smiles everywhere. All good.
There was not much one could improve. That said, a fridge in room 26 would be great. In time for our next visit ! Oh! And extended WiFi. We'll be back!

A family run hotel with friendly and welcoming staff. Great home cooked food and fantastic hospitality. We were on our delayed honeymoon and had booked a double room. To our surprise, we were upgraded to the honeymoon suite with a complimentary bottle of bubbly at no extra charge. We would happily revisit this lovely hotel.

The rooms were very well appointed. A lot of effort has gone into the design of the rooms and for a budget hotel it is very good. Great Power Showers.
